Help Class is available to students with academic weaknesses, at no additional cost. Help Class meets on Wednesdays from 2:30-3:15 pm. Teachers may use other nights for help class if needed.
Students with pronounced academic difficulties may, at the recommendation of the Administration, receive tutoring during the school day. There is an additional fee for tutoring.
Teachers may also offer private tutoring services at an additional cost outside of school hours. Contact the Academy office for more information.
Piano lessons are offered weekly to students starting in 2nd grade. Lessons are taught by Mrs. Debbie Isaacs.
Flute lessons are offered to students starting in 5th grade, taught by Ms. Abby Nicholson.
Horn lessons are offered to students starting in 5th grade, by Miss Teresa Herbert.
Voice lessons are offered to Jr./Sr. High students. Lessons are provided weekly by Mrs. Ann Poorman.

Tuition is paid in eleven (11) equal installments. The first payment is due August 15 and the last payment is due June 15. WBA uses a tuition management service call FACTS which allows parents to access their accounts at any time. Payments can be made on the 5th, 15th, or 25th of the month.

Woodcrest Baptist Academy does not accept scholarships from Early Learning Grant or any government daycare assistance funding of any kind.
Families with multiple children enrolled qualify for a reduction in tuition.
- 2 children $650 reduction in total family tuition
- 3 children $1,300 reduction in total family tuition
- 4 or more children $1850.00 in total family tuition
Woodcrest Baptist Academy is a ministry supported by Woodcrest Baptist Church. Families who are active members of Woodcrest Baptist Church qualify for a monthly reduction in tuition.

Paid after May 20 $400.00/Student
A $75/per family maintenance fee will be due August 15, to support the annual upkeep and renovation of the Academy.
Athletic fees range from $200-$350 per student/per sport, and are applied through TADS during participation period.
All gifts to WBA are tax-deductible (receipt provided upon requested). In the case of donations of equipment or supplies, WBA reserves the right to use the material as we see fit. Once given, all donations of this type become the property of WBA.
The Warrior Club is for those who are able to contribute at least $25 per month for 12 months. Contributions help fund special projects throughout the school year. See office for details

Students are accepted without regard to race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions, athletic, and other school-administered programs. Turning in a completed Application for Admissions Form begins the enrollment process.
The process includes the following:
Students applying for the K4 Kindergarten program must be four years old by September 1 of that year. Kindergartners must be five years old on or before September 1 of that school year.
Complete the online enrollment form.
An agreement and commitment to the goals and purpose of Woodcrest Baptist Academy through signing the Statement of Cooperation Form.
A review of the student's academic records and/or testing to determine a grade placement recommendation.
Each student's immunization records must be completed, reviewed and compliant before they can begin attending classes.
A personal interview with the school administrator.
